How long does delivery take?

Abuja: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM. Orders after 6 PM are delivered the next day.

Outside Abuja: Delivery via GUO takes 2–4 days.

Can I exchange my shoes if they don’t fit?
We accept exchanges within 24 hours of delivery for items in their original condition.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. Eligible payments are converted to JayBee Store Credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Shipping starts from ₦2,000. Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition.
